Make sure to review our Return Policy before submitting an RMA Request. Returns that do not comply with the terms of the policy may be rejected.

RMA’s must be initiated by the company which purchased the product directly from Macromatic. For example, an equipment manufacturer that purchased the product from ABC Wholesale distributor should return the product direct to ABC Wholesale and not to Macromatic. This will ensure the highest level of service and support for that customer.
